Naturally talented in building long-lasting tenant relationships, Gail moved to Enterprise Property Management some 13 years ago, and has flourished in the Property Supervisor role for the past 10 years. During that time, she has developed a personal and open approach to engaging with clients, gaining unique experience in serving the diverse needs of the greater Los Angeles residential marketplace along the way. Her knowledge of the details of the timely preparation, updates, and remodeling of properties for optimum results is matched only by her enthusiasm for going the extra mile in the service of her clients.
Gail is passionate about creating and delivering a special new home environment, and strives to foster a sense of community among her clients. Raised in Michigan, Gail relocated to California as a young adult. Though she transitioned from small-town to big-city, Gail's number-one value has always stayed the same: family. Loving wife and caring mother to her daughter, son, and nine-pound maltese, Gail understands well what it means to help Los Angeles families find homes and neighborhoods that suit their needs.
Gail raised her family as a long-time resident of Sherman Oaks, an area where she has developed meaningful relationships and is actively involved in local schools and organizations. An avid reader, Gail participates in a weekly book club with friends, an outing that provides her an excuse to cook up some of her favorite desserts. Most famous among friends for her Christmas cookies (she bakes a whopping twelve different types every year), Gail loves baking for those close to her heart. A fan of hiking and traveling, Gail hopes to someday take part in The Amazing Race. Until Phil Keoghan finds her however, Gail will continue to bring her competitive energy to spirited games of Catch Phrase and Monopoly. Gail's amiability and effervescence make her a dear friend to many. A true people person, she brings a hard-working honesty, integrity and fresh enthusiasm to the real estate industry.
